Orange Democratic Movement nominated legislator Isaac Mwaura has argued that Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho is tremendously dangerous to work with.
The MP who defected the opposition for Jubilee party said Joho has nothing to offer other than his empty promises.
‘We are seeing a very dangerous leader who is not promising anything to the people and is capitalizing on other’s sweat,’ Mwaura asserted in a Citizen interview on Friday.
The meteoric political rising of Joho has seen him very close to Raila. This has created tempers with some leaders even endorsing Joho to deputize Raila in the coming polls.
The Governor, who has been labeled as fundamental to Raila’s 2017 presidential campaign, said he will pause until 2022 to vie for president.
He said his concentration is on ensuring Raila, who was endorsed as ODM’s choice candidate, makes it to State House next year.
