Lesedi Developers, a real estate company based in Thika, has successfully processed 150 title deeds for their Kithimani project in Yatta constituency, Machakos county.
In June 2024, the embattled company conducted several site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the promising development in the Kithimani area.
The issuance of title deeds for the Kithimani project has officially commenced, providing much-needed assurance to the investors.
Clients who had been eagerly awaiting this moment are now beginning to receive their title deeds, reinforcing their confidence in the project.
In addition to the progress at Kithimani, Lesedi Developers has made a breakthrough with the embattled Muthara land project in Juja sub county of Kiambu county.
The company has successfully secured the mother title deed from the original property owner who had previously held the ownership document for years over what she termed as delayed payments.
This achievement resolves a major hurdle that had previously stalled the project and caused significant concern among the clients, who subsequently sued the land buying and selling company.

On different counts, Geoffrey Kiragu, the director of Lesedi Developers, had faced legal challenges due to delays in issuing title deeds for the Muthara project.
In court, Kiragu explained that the title was initially retained by the property owner, complicating the transfer process. However, the court’s intervention led to the surrender of the title deed, which is now under the name of Lesedi Developers.
With the mother title deed now in their possession, Lesedi Developers is poised to rectify past delays and issue title deeds to the affected clients.
Kiragu expressed his commitment to resolving these issues swiftly and ensuring that all clients receive their rightful documents.
“It’s now clear that I was wrongly accused. I believe this move will restore client’s confidence and pave the way for the company’s resurgence,” he noted.
Kiragu emphasized that securing and issuing title deeds is a top priority, reflecting their unwavering commitment to their clients.
The company that relocated to Thika Gateway Plaza along Thika-Garissa Road plans to have a mass title deed issuance to clients who purchased Kithimani project on a date that will be announced soon.
